Why no pouch no screen protector for this?

Just bought samsung omnia lite b7300. this is my first time using samsung from SE. now only i realized that hardly can find accessories for it such as pouch, screen protector etc. where can i get all this? each time i go to any shop they simply open the back cover to determine the model but donno how to put the cover back. really make me angry. if this is the experience using samsung, i might not buy any in near future.
