Upgrade iPhone 3GS to IOS4

hey there.
I have an iPhone 3G S which has the OS v3, and planning to upgrade to OS v4, is it worth the time?

or should I remain in current OS?

what's the benefit of upgrading to OS v4?

to summarize OS4 benefits:

  • Speedier performance (more fluid navigation when moving across apps starting apps)
  • Multi-task function (first in the OS4)
  • Smart folders (each folder can hold up to 12 apps, while you can have up 180 folders, so start organizing!)
  • Playing music in background
  • Orientation lock (don't have to worry that your iPhone's screen spins when you place them on the coffee table or bed)
  • Able to view pdf books (if you're a book lover)

I love it. My only gripe is waiting for certain spells to be unlocked in story mode so that I can use them in free play. One example of such is the alohamora to unlock a door. I have the option to use it in free play but the spell does not work. I'm hoping for a 7″ model…the current footprint is a little too big to be portable and heavy to be comfortable for children or elderly. The footprint of the Galaxy and the new Color Kindle are awesome…plenty of readability for books, games, web, email and more in a much more relaxed and comfortable design.ipad mac transfer

1) LockInfo is a must for me. Makes the lockscreen actually useful and keeps track of notifications for me.2) iRealSMS. The ability to send and receive texts within an app is essential. 3) SBSettings is also very useful. You don't realize how much you use it until you're on someone elses iPhone and start swiping the top to toggle wifi or something.4) Multifl0w makes app switching faster and easier to find the app you're looking for.5) FolderEnhancer: Same reason as above. 12 app limit is ridiculous.converter from vob to mp4
