Maxis SUCK: Be careful

I bought my Samsung Galaxy S from Maxis on 3rd August . After barely 2
days, the phone crashes (Hang,frozen and reboot by itself). In this 2
days, I have not installed anything or drop it before. I have tried
factory reset and the problem still the same.  So I went to Maxis Center
KLCC on 5th August . To my dismay, they won't give me a replacement.
They inform me that after 24 hours, I should go to the Samsung Center to
get a repair.  I really can't believe it. Even the smaller shops have 7
days return policy and Maxis being the leading mobile service provider
only 24hours ? WTF!

In the end, I have to go to Samsung Service
Center, and they checked it is motherboard (hardware) problem. They will
fix by replacing the motherboard.  I really can't believe it.

I am the unlucky one but I still want to say "MAXIS SUCK!!".  Maxis
sell the crappy phone, crappy policy and bloodsucking contract!!!

Think twice before you register or switch to the MAXIS!!!

More RAM definitely, a less curvy form factor similar to the change from 3GS -> iP4 maybe, and maybe a storage bump. I love MobileMe. It's not worth $99, but I can't do without it so I keep paying it. I think $50 would be a fair price for what it does.free DVD to iPad
